1. Can I Refund a Garment?
We do not offer refunds, as each garment is made-to-order and carefully quality checked.
2. Can I Exchange a Garment?
Yes, we allow exchanges only (no refunds):

Exchange for another design (if available)
3. What if the Garment Received is Faulty or Damaged?
While all items are checked before dispatch, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we will arrange a replacement or refund under these conditions:

The issue must be reported within 5 days of delivery

Normal wear and tear from use is not considered a manufacturing fault
