Refund & Exchange Policy – Increase Fashion

At Increase Fashion, every garment is crafted with care and passes through strict quality checks before delivery. Please review our policy below:


1. Can I Refund a Garment?

We do not offer refunds, as each garment is made-to-order and carefully quality checked.


2. Can I Exchange a Garment?

Yes, we allow exchanges only (no refunds):

  • Exchange for another size

  • Exchange for another design (if available)


3. What if the Garment Received is Faulty or Damaged?

While all items are checked before dispatch, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we will arrange a replacement or refund under these conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 5 days of delivery

  • Normal wear and tear from use is not considered a manufacturing fault

  • To raise a claim, call us at 7217632772 or mail at increasefashion11@gmail.com

     with:

    • Order details

    • Reason for the claim

    • Clear images of the damage/fault

If the item is available, we will send a replacement. If not, a refund will be processed once the faulty item is returned.
